Gotta get the helmet on- ready to go!
Here's a few pictures of the lapbook he made along with his motorcycle study.

(they didn't take this route- but it was a good exercise in map reading, finding roads, north and south etc) middle page- How an engine works.
fold down page- motorcycle menu (what you eat after riding motorcycles lol) and - acrostic poem on motorcycles

Center pockets- motorcycle safety cards and types of motorcycles.
And of course- any good school day has to include a game that Doodle invents. (with mom's phonics or math twist in it) So here's motorcycle gas tank alphabet reading game. lol- Rules- roll the dice-read the silent e word- move your gas tank along the alphabet game board- whoever gets both gas tanks to the Z first is the winner.

I like how you said that when his wife says it is okay (not his MOM!) he can have a motorcycle!
What an awesome unit! Go Doodle!
Awww, Doodle is SO cute. I bet he loved that ride!
The lap book looks great. I assume since "wife" will have to approve the motorcycle, mom will NOT be approving one!! :)
